Chris Nevin

A designer since the age of 13, Chris started by creating street fashion items — designs with an urban, club-like sort of feel to them. As years passed, his designs evolved, and while he has yet to attend school for fashion design, Chris takes great pride in the fact that his craft is completely self-taught. This collection was born and created with Chris’ growth as a person and as designer, and with the inspiration that had come from old black-and-white photographs of beautiful women: singers, movie stars, socialites, and more from decades ago. The women would be wearing breathtaking dresses, and as beautiful as these dresses were, no matter what colour they were, they always turned out in black, white or grey.
