The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing the talent recruitment team in securing designers, music artists, and a campaign ambassador for our 2012 event. We are looking for well-qualified individuals with strong leadership skills and a background in talent acquisition or artist management.
The DRC will sit on the talent recruitment and management team and will be responsible for scouting and securing the designer line-up for RTR 2012.
The volunteer coordinator will sit on the Event & Logistics team, in addition to the Talent Recruitment team. They will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing volunteers for RTR show-date activities. The volunteer coordinator will be managing RTR volunteers at the event and assisting event managers in ensuring a smooth execution of the evening.
The Fundraising manager will be responsible for leading their team in the development of strategic fundraising opportunities leading up to, and during the event. We are looking for strong, dedicated candidates that will take the full responsibility to initiate, plan, and implement all necessary activities to solicit funds, and to ensure that the goals and targets of this team have been met. Examples of past initiatives include: acquiring silent auction items, raffle prizes, and organizing satellite fundraisers to promote the show.
Responsible for working with the Fundraising Manager to organize and implement additional fundraising initiatives leading up to, and during the event.. We are looking for strong, dedicated candidates that will take the full responsibility to initiate, plan, and implement all necessary activities to solicit funds, in a timely manner. Examples of past initiatives include: acquiring silent auction items, raffle prizes, and organizing satellite fundraisers to promote the show.
The blog coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing the RTR Blog. This includes submitting weekly posts for the RTR website, recruiting additional contributors, and developing a submission schedule. Additionally, The blog coordinator will sit on the marketing team and assist in implementing marketing campaigns via the RTR Blog. We are looking for candidates with strong written communication skills and the ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
Responsible for working with the marketing team to develop all print and online creative for RTR during the 2012 campaign. Extensive experience with photoshop is preferred.
The communications specialist will act as the liaison between the PR and Marketing committees to ensure RTR branding and key-messaging remain consistent throughout all communications. We are looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible for developing promotional videos for the RTR2012 campaign as well as developing show footage the night of the event. Candidates must have access to their own equipment.
The Multimedia director will work closely with the videographer to create and design RTR promotional videos. They will be responsible for brainstorming and implementing creative components as well as coordinating the logistics for shooting. (i.e. securing set space, developing scripts etc.) Additionally, the multimedia director will work closely with RTR 2012 photographers to design photo-shoots and develop strong images that can be used for promotional purposes.
The Content Editor will be responsible for developing up-to-date content for the RTR website. We are looking for individuals with strong written communication skills.
The backstage manager will ensure organization and smooth execution of all backstage activities. We are looking for candidates with experience in backstage management and a proven ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a high-stress environment.
Responsible for sourcing the RTR2012 aesthetic team and directing the team the night of the show. The H&M Creative Director will work closely with designers to create a look for their line, and lead the team in executing the designer’s vision.

The stage manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the show schedule. They will be communicating with various personnel on the night to call cues for all audio/visual components in addition to talent appearing on stage We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a proven ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a high-stress environment.

The Model Coordintor will Responsible for scouting and recruiting models for RTR 2012. They will be expected to contact various agencies during the recruitment process and work closely with the RTR2012 designers to meet their visionary expectations.
The customer relations manager will be responsible for gathering and controlling all attendee information into one consolidated database. They will be responsible for developing a platform to gather statistical data on the RTR demograhic to assist in future growth initiatives.

Campus outreach coordinators will work under the campus outreach manager in implementing marketing and promotional campaigns geared toward the student demographic. They will be responsible for creating a brand presence on campuses around the GTA through sattelite events and experiential marketing techniques. We are looking for dedicated, passionate students with strong leadership skills to fill these roles. Ideally, one coordinator per campus.
The accountant will work closely with the founders in developing financial statements and supporting documents to ensure efficient organization and consistency in accounting methods.
